Well-done!

Excellent work that gives an accessible narrative of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The book does a great job as well of painting a clear portrait of the period of time in which Jesus walked the earth, which really helps to bring the story to life for the reader. Very well done!

Great book with narration by O'reilly himself

Well researched and worth listening to more than once. O'Reilly has a way of immersing a reader into a setting allowing your imagination to visualize the Roman empire during Jesus's lifetime and the environment the empire created in Jerusalem. Listening to the crucifixion of Christ can be difficult, but O'Reilly writes it in such a way that it is not obscenely gory, yet detailed enough to leave a lasting impression. Great book.

Informative, engrossing and entertaining.

Learned background to the story and some of the principles involved. Also, gained knowledge about the way of life and religious customs during that time.
