Life changing

If you could sum up Energy Anatomy in three words, what would they be?

In general, I'm a cynic of self-help books. Dr. Myss was recommended by a trusted advisor. Immediately, I was enthralled by her delivery style and the obvious emotional connection and commitment to the lecture subject. The message resonated in a way that has made a profound change in my view of myself and life. I am so thankful to have pushed myself to try this lecture.

I wish I had found this book years ago. Caroline Myss is truly a great teacher of our time.

Get ready for your life to change!!

I just finished this and plan to listen again. I was a little turned off by the introduction where she talks about being a medical intuitive, but that is not what this book is about. It is about how sending your energy into thoughts, feelings and memories that do not serve your highest good depletes you and can possibly cause disease.

A spiritual growth must read!

This was so much more than I expected. It was informative, thought provoking, and inspirational. Anyone who is beginning their journey to spiritual growth and self love needs to hear this. Amazing!

What did you like best about this story?

Narration by Caroline and the way she laid out her story and the information. I liked when she talked about when a client would come in to see her and she asked "so what do you think is wrong with you?" and they would say "I don't know" and they way she replied was awesome ".....you're going to answer again and come up with a answer because we all......" I'm paraphrasing. I have similar beliefs as Caroline and would love to meet her.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I would not define it as extreme when exposed to the information Caroline shares to laugh or cry only as human. Yes I reacted with laughter and tears sometimes simultaneously. Laughter tears as well as tears of empathy from the heart with a since of knowing and how real the chakra system.

Any additional comments?

I would like to ask Caroline if since writing this book has she learned anything that has changed her view or opinion on any of her beliefs she shared in the book. I have a slightly different belief about one or two thoughts about "God" and the affects. I certainly would not consider her book a religious book by any means.
