Best book

This book has meant so much to me. Every time I read or listen to it I see new things. I am always challenged and encouraged. No book other than the Bible has meant more to me.

Excellent

Andy Stanley turns tradition and conventional wisdom on their heads as he lays out his case for creating churches that draw the unchurched. Prepare to be challenged. Prepare to initially disagree. But if you're wise, you'll eventually have to concede that he's thought these things through and that his church is truly achieving its mission.

What a Wonderful Story!

This is a story our Pastor is reading with us at church on Sabbath. I can not wait to get my copy of this story so I can read it all over again. I'm really sorry this book is done. I would listen to it while feeding my cows and working on my ranch. God bless you Andy and your mission.

amazing and shocking and really helpful

i loved this book!!! if we really want to reach the unchurched people we need to consider all of this... super helpful. even though I don't believe in everything Andy emphasises, I do find his book helpful and inspiring

new approach

love this book from Start to end. true that chances need to be made to reach out according to generation. I think ones the new generation understands the love of God they can understand more openly the older generation specialy the old testament. I love both charles and Andy's teaching. the both teach about the love of
God.

Pastoring a church is a lot of work

Yes. There are many things about pastoring that are not taught in a seminary. This audiobook illuminates some of those things.

Amazing insight!

What did you love best about Deep & Wide?

This book would serve as a great resource for any church leader. In general, there are many life lessens to take away from this book. As with most books, there will be parts that may not be applicable to everyone's situation. However, you will not regret the time spent listening. This, like many good books, was compelling to the point that I subsquently bought the print copy so that I could go back and study it in depth! Enjoy.

This is exactly what the Church needs to hear. Especially congregation leaders. The church is not for the saved...but to reach the not yet saved...going back to the Great Commission. Amen
