I'm sorry but this book never told you how to balance a chakra. It is extremely repetitive and dummed down. The book gives valuable information at times but you have no where to go with that information because you are not educated on the how to....
A solid overview, and a good jumping off point. But hardly everything one needs to know! The author herself discusses the long history behind chakras. Not something that can be completely covered in 30 minutes while also discussing the other necessary topics.
The narrator was clear and easy ti understand with excellent ennunciation. However I found myself wishing that the narrator would have read in a more natural manner. The almost rhythmic pauses (perhaps for breath) became distracting.
