Delivering a big message with strong biblical insights and heartening personal stories, author and Women of Faith speaker Sheila Walsh shows women the life-changing power of trusting in God.
Most Christian women live with a deep sense that they can't seem to get things right, that if only they could be a little better, life would straighten out. Through her own personal hardships, Sheila Walsh has learned that the Christian life is not about getting things right or back to "normal." She writes, "Christ comes not to get us out of our difficulties but to live in us through them." She wants to show women that God has a stunningly beautiful moment of redemption for them that leads to a lifetime of peace and joy.
In this eye-opening message for women, she presents a moving look at her own story as she dives into the lives of Bible characters, drawing out lessons from their trials that women can use immediately to establish a deep, life-altering trust in the Father.

Great Book! Is well written with the author narrating. I could listen to this a million times and not get sick of it. I love Sheila Walsch. Very inspiring and helped me trust God in my dark times.
Sheila uses her lovely accent to walk us through dark times, uses real life experiences to teach us to trust in God and to find peace on the other side of those dark times.
Yes, it is shelia's story of her tramatic childhood, then success, then insane asylum & back to success... It's her life's story that ends in redemption & hope. And a renewed & deepened relationship with God & his promises for our lives.
Her experience as a tv host & as she's interviewing a guest, they turn the tables on her & ask her how she 's doing... Which is the end of her tv careeer
I love her Irish accent & her "frank" one liners when she talks about what went thru her mind during situations
I love Sheila's honesty and openness
I love her stories about her son! She is so honest and human!
It is like sitting in a room with her. I love hearing her at the WOF conferences, and this is like that but even more personal. I found myself laughing, responding and talking back to her!
