Great Perspective!

If you are open to looking at things a little different and opening up to a new perspective then this is definitely worth the read. The book challenges the idea of what success looks like for us in our career and everyday life.

Amazing book

I listened to this book a couple years ago when I was frustrated with the way I was being treated in my postal job. The title was catchy and exactly what I needed at that time. I didn’t know the author was going to talk so much about real estate but I was instantly intrigued since real estate had always been in the back of my mind. Recently I left a 13 year relationship and had to start all over. While hanging out with my 2 grown boys we got into a conversation about real estate and both of my boys got excited about the idea! I’m almost 50 and scared shitless but I’m in the same miserable job dealing with the same crap every day. I pulled this book out if my library and shared it with my boys. Just finished reading it again for the second time. I’m more inspired than ever before. I’m ready for a change and excited to be able to enjoy the second half of my life! I knew I saved this book for a reason!

Inspiring

A friend of mine recommended this book, I wasn’t totally convinced by the title... but this was one of the best, easiest “listens” I’ve had driving to and from work—ironically. A lot of awesome advice and interesting perspective. Definitely worth a listen to change your thinking about “the American way” of working like a slave

This book will get you amped up

I gave this book a 5 star because it was able to open my mind to the “American Hoax” and really narrow in on how we can turn away from corporate America and indulge into the 1% by means of real estate. If you have never considered buying real estate before and you want to find a new way to source income...this is the book to read/listen, along with a few other books which are noted well in the book.

Review

This book was an excellent read and fired me up. For the past six months I have been reading and listening to audibles and listening to CDs such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Cash-Flow Quadrant, The 16% Solution, etc... . I stumbled upon this book while going through Audible and I was glad I did.
I enjoyed Oliver's story. he shares real experiences.
The big take-away-focus for me at this time is to learn about the real estate tax laws and interview the tax account I will use.
A little bit about me. I'm in my 50's, have owned small businesses, now work in Corporate America in a school district. I have a side Hustle of MLM which is fabulous generating some moolah to do the real big deal of Real Estate. I'm done punching somebody else's clock it's time for me to truly live my life the way I desire and not waiting for the traditional 65!

Interesting perspective

I enjoyed listening to this book! I don’t share all of the views of the author but nevertheless I enjoyed listening to his perspective and story. Social proof my business can be successful!

Mind Blowing...

This Audiobook was great and opened my mind. Never realized how life is and we should do what we want not what America wants us to do. It made me realize a lot of things in life and uplift my spirit. This book is amazing! First audiobook I purchased and love it!

Great Book

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It gave me some really good insights on things I am dealing with right now. I thought it was going to be something different but it totally turned out to be an awesome book that all want to reference back to.
