Soothing and wonderful
Like a big bowl of comfort food, this story is warm, soothing, and wonderful. I loved it! I wish they'd do more like it. It did make me a little hungry, though, LOL.

Definitely helps me fall asleep.
This is my favorite sleep audio. The narration is fantastic, and I love the storyline. The only bad thing about it is that I fall asleep before I get to the end! I actually listen to this audio any time I’m stressed or need to take a mental break. Love it! More like this please.

I have never reached the end of this story.
I have never managed to reach the end of this story, and that is a high compliment. This gets me to sleep just about every night. The story is mundane and calming in the loveliest way and takes my mind off of my life long enough for me to fall asleep. Highly, highly recommend.

It works!
This is part of Audible’s sleep series, and it works! I put it on twice and didn’t get to the end before I was asleep. Finally listened to the ending out of curiosity today. It’s boring by design, but a sweet story. I can relate to the descriptions of cooking as meditation and appreciated the little reminders to notice my breath or parts of my body. A nice little piece for encouraging sleep.

So Satisfying
I love this Narrator. Her voice and down-to-earth vocabulary are spot on to relax me immediately once she begins to speak. Something about the adjectives used describing he food being prepared is so satisfying to hear for me. I love watching cooking shows, so maybe that’s why I enjoy hearing a story about cooking so much? The story is a perfect length as well to cure me from my restless, wandering mind before bedtime. I’ve already listened to it a few times and keep thinking about listening yet again as I get ready for bed. Thank you for providing this wonderful sleep aid for me!

Wonderful Story!!! I think!
Wonderful story that took me 5 night to finish. When they give the warning, “you probably won’t finish this story,” they were right. The way it describes everything is so interesting but yet so relaxing.
