must read. great ideas

Honestly, this is the first book I've gotten on this subject. I wouldn't know if there's anything amiss or incorrect. Bearing that in mind, I'm looking at this from a prepper's perspective.

easy to understand

As someone who has never eaten frozen food or canned food, I was fascinated by the amount of preparation and work it would take to prepare for a catastrophic event

WONDERFULL BOOK

This book has given me a sound knowledge on how to safely prepare and store various foods. I often wondered how canning was achieved and now feel more confident in setting up my pantry for a time where we may not have the convenience of shopping to buy food

Proper food storage is essential to avoid alterations or deterioration, which change the texture and appearance of food and drinks. The causes of these degenerative phenomena can be biological, bacteria, viruses, etc
