Nicholas Ruggiero sacrificed his law enforcement career to speak out about poor law enforcement within his agency by creating The Roll Call Room podcast. A great book
I've been in LE for 25 years and this book nails it! We have a ton of bad leaders right now. This book really tells it like it is and I commend Nick for taking a major risk by exposing the toxic environment we deal with day in and day out. I'm more worried about getting screwed over by my command then I am criminals on the street.
