The strongest of the three
I love the mystery and twists in this. It keeps you guessing until the end, hanging on to every sentence longing to know wtf is happening. You are really pulled into the protagonists shoes and feel his confusion and anxiety.

Good story, decent narration.
The more I read Crouch the more I can predict what he will write, which I guess is kinda normal but it feels… lame. That’s the best way I know how to put it. If this were the first book I read by him, I would have been super impressed. However, this not being the case, the book was slightly predictable.
Not a dig, just how I felt. Overall the story kept me interested, and the narration was decent enough. Worth a read if you like Crouch’s stuff.

Action packed
A great story, creepy and interesting, good twists. A great narrator, good length, no unnecessary fluff and never a dull moment. The action is sort of relentless and it did give me anxiety lol, but I think thrillers are supposed to do that!

Big Reveal Made Up for Dragging Chase Scenes
I thought this was a good read, very suspenseful and engaging. The only downside for me were the chase scenes, which seemed slow and a bit excessive. The big reveal at the end made up for it though. overall I thought it was a clever story and I'm interested in reading the second book of the trilogy.
