Trilogy

4⭐️5🌶 Loved it! The ending could use some work. The spice is high in this one but scary. Just know it's a dark romance going in. I want to read more from this author!

Satisfying Ending

I’m not huge into the BDSM kink front, but this final part of the series was suspenseful. I felt like I kept waiting for the light to shine through all the muck that the characters found themselves in and the author understood the assignment. The ending made me cry, it was such a beautifully written conclusion to a wild love story.

“no safe words” had me like- um, add to cart

I expected it to be a lot more! I expected a lot more darkness and grit and much more spice.
While I did enjoy it and finished the series I was shocked at how tame it actually was considering the summary and reviews I read. That said I do like them dark and dirty so to some people this may actually be super spicy.
I also felt this was drawn out and by the middle of the 3rd book I was ready to be done. And I wanted the 2 MCs to have a break from the constant turmoil. I wasn't however expecting the conclusion or resolution to come in the way that it did. I felt there was a setup throughout the series that would somehow tie into the problem solving but I was mistaken. While there were some unnecessary charters that left you asking why, I did overall enjoy this series and would recommend it. The narration was not bad.

A lovely ending to an excellent series

I was concerned that Paige might not come out the other side of everything unscathed and that worry held strong right up until a little twist was thrown our way. I was hoping to get a bit more about Eric's next steps in life but we did hear a little so I was alright with it. I truly loved Paige and Brandon's story and their characters were delightful. This has been an entertaining and thrilling series that ended in a way I absolutely approve of and I think everyone else will too. I listened to all three books in three days (would have been all on two days if I could have) and this journey reminded me just how much I love Jade as an author. I respect her immensely and can't wait to see more from her. I hope she continues to write for years to come. I wish I could thank her in person for such amazing books but since I can't, I'll settle for a review that expresses my gratitude in the only manner I know how, with praise. I hope many others find enjoyment in this series as I have. It's been a wonderful experience.

Brandon and Paige

***SPOILER ALERT***

Audiobook review. Audible Premium Plus borrow. Sixty Days trilogy, book 3. This is NOT a standalone. Dual POV. Dual narration. Both narrators read well. Heartbreaking story of a woman who agrees to be a s€x sl@ve/s€x trafficked for sixty days in exchange for $250,000. This is listed in the romance genre under the erot¡ca subgenre. This portion did end in a HFN. This was the darkest of the three books. While Ashley Jade is an excellent storyteller, I personally would not recommend this one not because it isn't a compelling story but because I'm left feeling so very sad for the majority of the characters. I do agree with other reviewers who said this trilogy should've been either a boxed set or simply one book/audiobook. Content warnings: two women are abducted; first an unauthorized wh¡pp¡ng and g@ng r@pe and then the horr¡f¡c be@t¡ng/@n@l r@pe of the same side character; two murders; a bond@ge/be@t¡ng scene with the h and the H brother.

After professing her love for Brandon Grant during their webcam exhibition, Paige Emerson was abducted by vile Henry Drake. Drake is Brandon's partner in his 60-day s€x sl@ve for payment business, and he is truly ev¡l. Eric Grant (aka Sir) is Brandon's younger brother, who helps save the day by lying to Drake and reassuring Paige. Brandon returns to his childhood home where he learns his father, and Drake paid Amelia George, Brandon's first love, to walk away from Brandon. Overwhelmed by this knowledge, Brandon then learns his father didn't just drunkenly fall into the river and die, but that he was murdered by Drake. Brandon finally feels he has the evidence to sever business ties with Drake and save Paige, so he rushed to her. He's in time to save her from Drake, but Eric overhears Brandon confront Drake about the murder of their father. Eric beats Drake to a pulp, but one of their clients, who also happens to be a member of the royal family and a sad¡st, authorized one of his own guards to end Drake's life. In the end, Brandon and Paige are living together, and Paige is back in school. Eric is OK. Rebecca survived. JP

Villain: Drake
