Don't let history judge you as having been the last hope for regaining and preserving our liberty had you acted when you had the duty to do so … but failed. This book clearly lays out the rightful remedy. I applaud the author for his courage and clarity of words. The narrator for the audio version is perfect.

This book puts forth very sound—and often humorous—logic and reasons regarding nullification, the "rightful remedy," according to Mr. Jefferson. Oh that the sovereign and independent States of the Union would put this remedy to use on an increasing and regular basis to thwart the unconstitutional machinations of the general-government leviathan. Mr. Maharrey's effort here serves as a great introduction and wakeup call that the people of these united States need to heed.
