The Kind truth for the soul of any marriage

Excellent book
I'm so glad I found Naked and healthy podcasts, I love the book, my husband and I love running in the past we used to run in different times. Thanks to this book now we run and exercise together at least 3 times a week. I can't wait to implement the lessons of this book and podcast 😍🤗

I struck gold!
This book is amazing. I love the podcast and so of course I wanted to read this book. So many great relatable stories and practical advice that I can use to improve my marriage today.
