Ai voice. Grade school writing.

I listened to the whole book. I had a hard time figuring out why the book seemed so flat, was it immature writing or was it the AI voice. In the end I chose both. The pleasant female voice reminded me of the hostess’s voice at a ladies tea party. This seemed out of place giving the supposed tension in the plot.
