"It's impossible not to be fully involved in this story. Every page is as gripping as the next, fast paced with surprising twists and turns. Really hard to put down." (South Coast Register)
"Karen Rose is without a doubt one of the best in the market and You Can't Hide is perhaps her best novel to date ... a must-read." (Romance Reviews Today)

I enjoyed this book, and found it gripping and tense. my only problem was that I felt very uncomfortable with the sex scenes, they really weren't necessary and added nothing. They were a bit over the top and made one feel like a voyeur. However, the story was good with lots of twists and kept my interest.
"Spoilt by narrator"
I have listened to the end but had to keep going back a chapter each time I had a break as the narrator slowed my concentration I had to push myself to listen her voice in places sound ed like she was a puppet it was terrible.
Liked all of the story Karen did a good job but wish she had chosen someone else to narrate
All of it she sounded like a Dalek on Helium for some of the characters
"What a shame. Narrator was AWFUL."
Nothing wrong with the book and love reading Karen Rose but the narrator was awful. The voices were robotic and sounded ridiculous. Completely ruined it for me.
Listened to the narrator crucify her book and then sack her!
I'm new to audio books and only listened to about 5 but thoroughly enjoyed all of those. Unfortunately I can not name them. I will definitely be paying more attention in the future and I will not be buying any read by Tara Ward.
I haven't listened to it all yet as I can't bear the ridiculous voices she makes. Probably won't finish it just delete it. So can't comment on cutting scenes.
Does anybody listen and vet people that read their books? Because it has certainly put me off buying.
