"Riveting...densely plotted and with amazing twists...truly diabolical and chilling." (Romantic Times BOOKclub Magazine)
I appreciate & relish a really great book! I do not, however, enjoy being indoctrinated into an authors personal beliefs or "feelings".
I loved this book. I would like for the author to ease up on the way she describes her sex scenes. The words are more of a Mans way of portraying a sexual encounter than a womans.
Lack of research is not acceptable when writing a medical/psychological thriller. The author, clueless about mental illness and too lazy to research it, wrote a novel that should be titled "Mental Illness Stigma For Dummies".
"Schizophrenia" was the explanation offered for the sadistic conniving behavior of the novel's antagonist. Newsflash: that's sociopathy (anti-social personality disorder), a personality disorder, not a mental illness.A patient with
schizophrenia would be too ill to plan out such elaborate diabolical schemes.
