Vengeance is mine
I enjoy the storyline with it's twists and crazy turns. This book answer some questions. Excellent narration as usual. I would recommend this book.

Vengeance in death
Wonderful book I liked that we got a glimpse into Routines childhood and simmer sets life. I liked that there is a shift in the relationship between Somerset and Eve.

Another good one
STORY (Suspense) I'm writing this review as if the reader is already familiar with this series. (If you're not familiar with it, you should be.) This story delivers, as they all do. In this one Eve is trying to find a gruesome serial killer while at the same time trying to protect Roarke's life and keep Summerset from being charged with the murders. Throughout the investigation, you will get nice glimpses into Roarke's past. I probably should have seen the ending coming, but I didn't.
PERFORMANCE - I love Susan Ericksen. She does so many different voices and accents for the characters that it makes listening an absolute pleasure.
OVERALL - I would recommend this equally for male and female listeners who enjoy a good cop suspense story. Just may not be for people with sensitive ears, as there is adult content and quite a bit of cussing. Highly recommended.

Excellent story the whole way through...
With over 100 plus audible books in my library, I must say after becoming hooked to the “In Death Series” this is by far my favorite book! Great narration and twists and turns throughout the book. I am BIG on endings whether books or movies and this one wasn’t bad. It was nice to get a glimpse of Roarkes and Sunmersets past and witness Eve being Eve. Would recommend you purchase this one for sure!

The past catches up eventually.
Nice. We got a look into Rourke’s and Sommerset’s past. The past eventually caught up. I wasn’t expecting the killer, and that made it even better.

Vengeance is Mine says Dallas.
Would you listen to Vengeance in Death again? Why?
No only because I know the ending.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Vengeance in Death?
Eve trying to comfort Roarke.
Have you listened to any of Susan Ericksen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
All the "In Death" performances are excellent.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Once again when Eve tries to comfort Roarke, she is very endearing.

Great Character Interaction!
My favorite part about this book was that we got to see more about Roarke and Summerset's past, and there were many more scenes with those characters in them. I also enjoyed the addition of McNab, I hope he turns up more in the future.
It had great pace, and the plot was wonderful. I didnt see one of the perps coming. And best of all, a great finale!
