Probably my best Harry Bosch novel so far.
If you could sum up Trunk Music: Harry Bosch Series, Book 5 in three words, what would they be?
Very well written.
Who was your favorite character and why?
The whole "Harry Bosch team"
Which character – as performed by Dick Hill – was your favorite?
He did a very good job with all of them.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Most of my book listening happens during one hour long walks and that story really turned my long paths to great pleasures.
Any additional comments?
That Harry Bosch character with his friends and enemies is great entertainment.

Michael Connely has got murder mysteries down. Read my first one when it came out in paperback & have been a fan since!

Great whodunnit
This is my first encounter w/ Harry and Michael Connelly. I get bored quickly and this novel easily kept me interested. A little difficult to follow the logic in the unraveling of the crime, but I managed to catch up each time they lost me. Harry reminds me of Columbo -- don't judge. Anyway, narration was on point and the story had just enough layers to make it a full bodied story. I could stand a bit more action, but very enjoyable as is.

Harry does it again
What made the experience of listening to Trunk Music the most enjoyable?
Easy, the man is back, Harry Bosch is back, bigger and better.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Trunk Music?
I loved the moment when Bosch goes up against the mob. It was very Bosch.
Have you listened to any of Dick Hill’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I listen to all the Bosch series, this ones right up there with the best.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Bring your gun, bring your friends, tell them to bring thier guns!

Cannot wait for the next installment, Bosch just keeps getting better with age, he'll outlast them all!
