Nora is back

A very good book with well drawn characters, a good mystery, and a love story with a charming likeable hero. Very few discriptions of ---broad chests,bulging pecs etc. I know I will listen to this one again.

First time reading or listening to this author Great timing and story telling. Narrator was spot on and the delivery was amazing. Will definitely listen again. Has opened me up to a new author and genre.

Well written and beautifully narrated this is a book that I keep returning to. I never get tired of it because it is so well done.

Loved listening to this book! The characters are quality. The ending is almost typical, but has a great element of surprise.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Witness [Brilliance Audio Edition]?

How the main character triumphed. I don't want to go into details and spoil the plot.

What about Julia Whelan’s performance did you like?

Great voice inflection. She gave different voices for each character, makes all the difference in a good book. Narrators that are monotone, can ruin a good book.

This was an excellent book. The female lead was such a great character, very well done. I enjoyed the whole book, very well written. I've read many books since this one and I keep coming back to this as being my favorite.

Great story

The story is very captivating with a well researched plot & details. I highly recommend the book.

Couldn't put it down!

This is my first Nora Roberts book and what a fantastic book to start with. The story line was so interesting...a very strong female character who could take care of herself despite being served all the odds. Elizabeth/ Abigail is smart, clever, logical. The man she meets, Brooks, is a patient, kind, loving man who understands how to help her come out of her shell.

The voice reader for the book was also very good. I couldn't wait to get in the car every morning and afternoon to continue the story.
