What did you love best about The Watcher?

Nothing. This book was too real to me. I had to make myself finish listening to it.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I didn't really have a favorite character in this novel, which is a first in my entire life.

What does Robert Forge bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I can't honestly say. I didn't like the story, far too gruesome for me, too much violence against the innocent and helpless.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, not at all. I finished it because I had to know how it ended, if the watcher was ever brought to justice.

    Any additional comments?

I don't mean for this to be so negative, it is simply not the kind of book I expected it to be. I have a problem with abuse and with people who prey upon others who are weaker. This book is too real. The experiences could be factual. My main reason for reading is to be entertained, to enjoy, have fun, get caught up in the story, and this book was not any of things for me. It isn't a bad book or narration, it is just not my kind of book. I hope that helps.

    Any additional comments?

Great story keeps you wondering. The bad guy was super creepy and the narrator made his laugh send chills down my spine.
