Definitely not the last!

This was a great book, good narration that kept the suspense level until the very last 30 minutes. A couple twists and then....cliff hanger! Frustrating ending but the good news is the sequel will be out in October per the author's website. I will definitely be reading the next one.

A well told story.

His writing is relevant and exciting. He reveals a great understanding of what is going on. I hope he writes another to make a series as there was much he could continue to develop.

Good story, but without the Jesus stuff

What did you like best about The Twelfth Imam? What did you like least?

Not very believable, the plot relies on Jesus coming to convert devout Muslims to overturn the bad guys. And a Muslim anti-Christ as the bad guy is hard to swallow as well.

Would you be willing to try another book from Joel C. Rosenberg? Why or why not?

I tried to make it though the series, bout three, stopped listening at two.

What does Christopher Lane bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The performance was just fine

Do you think The Twelfth Imam needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

There is one. I'm not going to listen

I really enjoyed "The Last Jihad". This holds your interest.

The narration was a little weird for me. The story has spiritual themes that were unexpected. I enjoyed them, but wasn't prepared. I bought the next in the series and will be starting it right away. I like this writer and have great hopes for the next book.

An exciting story that gives insight into Islam

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, if they like spy stories they would love this book even though it is a terrorist story. Christians will begin to understand some of the affairs taking place in the Middle East. I finished this book and immediately had to have the second book in the series, "The Tehran Initiative." It was exciting also. I am now waiting for the third book. My only disappointment is that I have to wait months for this to be published and then I don't know how long before it is on Audible Books.

What about Christopher Lane’s performance did you like?

Christopher Lane was great. He gave distint voices to the various players and also instilled excitement, terror, and relief through his reading. I do hope he will be reading the third book in this series.

Yes, it was a great listen

About an hour to go I was wondering how this could possibly end. The end just drops you forcing the purchase of the next book. I just purchased so hope to get some answers, but I suspect the answers won't come until the 3rd book.
