Monsters Galore!
I don't know what Jim Butcher dreams about, but I'm glad he does, since his books are populated with amazing monsters (a tree monster?). But so much fun to listen to... I'm reading a couple more of his books, and the good thing is I can put it down when my adrenaline starts spiking!! In the car, I have to drive and can't turn off the ipod easily! But honestly I really don't want to... this is one of my all time favorite series! And thank goodness I have about 10 more to go!!

This one hooked me...
Up to this point I had just been enjoying a fun and interesting series. Not really engaged but this story hooked me and I can't wait for the next.

Perfect performance, except...
What made the experience of listening to Summer Knight the most enjoyable?
I've read the entire series, but it's been a while. It was fun to revisit the characters and see the story unfold again.
Which character – as performed by James Marsters – was your favorite?
James Marsters is the perfect Harry voice. Except maybe he doesn't sound as silly as I imagined Harry's dorky one-liners.
Any additional comments?
Please please please James Marsters, drink some water. I loved the performance, but the dry swallowing made my skin crawl.

Absolute Banger
What an incredible fantasy novel! Jim Butcher’s world building takes off in this novel and is filled with his ENORMOUS cast of friends and foes. James Marsters performance brings the words to life - his sound effects are well placed and appreciated. Can’t wait to listen to more :)
