Publisher's summary

Across the country women are being murdered by a killer who leaves no evidence, no fatal wounds, no signs of struggle, and no clues to a motive. They are, truly, perfect crimes. In fact, the only thing that links the victims is the man they all knew: Jack Reacher.

Critic reviews

“Reacher is one of the more interesting suspense heroes to come along in a while.” (San Antonio Express News)

“Jack Reacher, the wandering folk hero of Child’s superb line of thrillers faces a baffling puzzle in his latest adventure…a brain-teasing puzzle that gets put together piece by fascinating piece...and a central character with Robin Hood-like integrity and an engagingly eccentric approach to life.” (Publishers Weekly)

“Deeply satisfying...plan to stay up long past bedtime and do some serious hyperventilating toward the end.” (Kirkus Reviews)

Great Series

This is just a very good series. The characters are interesting and Child always comes up with different and interesting plots. I always look forward to the next in the series and have yet to find them repetitious or dull. I am really enjoying the series and will finish it for sure unless something drastic happens.

A fun story. Reacher is fun to follow.

Kept me interested and intrigued throughout the story. Reacher never seems to be able to catch a break, sometimes.

Prefect.

I was looking for something else to read besides the type of books I’ve been listening to. So glad a friend recommended this series, I can’t wait read the next in the series as I start the book before the one I’m listening to.
Enjoy!

De jav’eacher

I’m a big reacher fan. I’ve been going through the series at my leisure, in no particular order. Every 2 or 3 books I get “that feeling” like I HAVE to get a dose of Reacher. I go down through the synopsis’s until I find the one, the one that will feed my fix, the one that will weave through my “breins”.. this one was AWESOME right up..until..the end. I felt like I had been there before..like this very ending had used in another reacher book..and I was disappointed. I really was, and I’m never disappointed in Mr. Child’s Reacher. That being said..I loved the story. Also, this one has a new narrator, I hated his narration, I almost turned the book off...being so close to Dick Hill..I mean, HE IS REACHER! But after 4 or 5 chapters, I started warming up, halfway through I started to enjoy him, by the end I was hoping there was another book or 2 with this new reacher narrator Jonathan McLain.. I am excited to buy another! Good job sir! Anyways, this is my fair and unwavering review of Running Blind, A jack Reacher Novel, by Lee Child. This book was sent to me by audible...after I paid for it, by working. Also, I have refrained, but I wanted to write “Jack Reachah’ “ numerous times. Being from northern Maine, when I read I hear, Reacha turned, reacha landed a kick directly to the solar plexis, reacha .. well, you get the point. Thanks for reading!

Great story, narration bothersome at times.

The story was fantastic, but whenever the narrator would read the voice of one of the FBI agents, he would raise his voice and talk twice as fast. Not a major issue, just got annoying after a while.

Critic

Great story, interesting plot, terrible narration. Hard to believe the FBI could be so hide bound.

Another great Reacher classic

Full of suspense- great twists. Keep me guessing until the end. Will Jack find the answer? Will he find peace? Keep reading to find out.

A very good listen!!

Would you listen to Running Blind again? Why?

I would listen to this book again. The next long trip my husband & I do, we'll be under the Jack Reacher spell.

Any additional comments?

Really good twist at the end. Can't wait for the next one to start.
