Good, but not as good as Vince Flynn.

Where does Power Down rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Okay. Story a little far fetched. I have another Ben Coes to read, "The Last Refuge". I have high hopes for it. We'll see.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The sinking of a nuclear bomb in the sea just didn't make sense.

What about Peter Hermann’s performance did you like?

Good delivery.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Don't know.

Realistic, Great storytelling and captivating.

It opens up a thought process of how our country energy dependants could easily be changed by terrorism. A captivating story well done by the narrator.

If you could sum up Power Down in three words, what would they be?

Detailed, fast, accurate

Who was your favorite character and why?

Dewey Andreas, a man going about his day as the boss of an oil rig, pulled into a series of terrorist attacks simply for trying to save his men. He is a real hero, a real man, out to save his country, a country that disavowed him.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Peter Hermann?

George Guidel. With Hermann, there was very little difference between voices, and he cannot do a female voice to save himself.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

No, I wouldn't say I was moved. I was glued to my headphones wanting to know what happens next.

Any additional comments?

This is a very accurate book, the different locations are described in detail, I could almost go as far as it sounds like the author has personally visited every location in this book. I also admired the face that the author did not have to resort into having the main character injured beyond what is humanly possible to establish his credibility.

Wow! What a ride.

What an incredible book. I am so excited that there are multiple more books in the series. This was an adrenaline ride from the very beginning. 2 thumbs up.

What a Book! Couldn't Put it down

What a Story, mixing a little bit of science fiction, with the world we live in. Brilliant writing, especially in the way he moved from one story line to another, and then brought them all together. Looking forward to Book 2

Enjoyed listening very much

I am a runner and I enjoy listening to action packed novels while I run. This book definately has that. I looked forward to my runs everyday just to continue listening to this book. I will purchase more books from this author. The narration was clear and very easy to follow.

One of best books I've listened to in a long time. This is a fast paced, exciting and scary novel. The characters are true to life and the story line is frighteningly possible. It was well worth the credit!

A must for action thriller lovers!
