I Wish I Had Never Read the 1st Book in this Serie

Because since I did I can't stop reading the rest of the books. Just brilliant.

I think the story itself is entertaining enough. I don't dig in the whole story but it's still a good story. Would definitely listen to the other stories from the series. But I do not like the narrator's voice when she tries too hard on certain parts.

Yes I love the connection between Rouke and Eve. Even when Rouke is not sure how to help Dallas he brings the cat and Mira.

This is the best series! and I live the narration! I can't imagine these stories being told by any other narrator..

NY to Dallas

One of my favorite ID stories. The depth of both characters, Eve and Rourke, gives the reader such insight into their personal feelings in this book. This story is one of Robb’s best!

Worth the Wait

I think it rare for a series to survive with such an eager audience after more than 30 books, but Robb delivers every time! There is much life yet in this Dallas-Roarke storyline.

I finished it in a day, and eagerly await the next installment.

One of the best"In Death" books

I'm not a huge fan of Nora Roberts but, surprisingly enough, I do enjoy the "In Death" series. Hard hitting Eve Dallas appeals to me as a character and I enjoy the degree that Roberts alter ego Robb writes the combo Mystery/cop procedural/romance books.

I've read most of the books but never listened to an audio version-I'd sort of lost interest after 30 books.

This was surely the book to begin listening to the series...it's freaking exciting, well written and plot heavy. I really enjoyed it and wasted a whole day on it.

Guess I better download the rest of the books I haven't read.....have to catch up with the series!

Even better with narration

Susan Ericsson is the best at conveying emotion. You could feel Dallas’ stress and anguish. You warmed from the love that Roark displays. And want to cry with the compassion of Mira. This was a great background story.

Love Eve Dallas

This book kept me on the edge most of the time and couldn't put it down she is one of my most favorite characters. Can't wait for the next one.
