“If Dean Koontz collaborated with Alfred Hitchcock at the circus, this would be their brain child.” (Vintage DM Book Reviews)
Writing; Bad dialogue, bad prose and superficial plot, the only positive thing about the writing I can come up with is that Donovan is one tough dude, although the writer doesn't capitalize on that much.
Narration; Orlow does most of it and is solid, Guidall is Guidall (awesome).
I don't know if this is Mr. Locke's first book so maybe the quality improves as he goes, this one feels like a poor first attempt that one would try to improve upon but not publish.
Books like this keep me from reading new writers as this was a waste of my time and money, yep it's that bad.
I love to listen to audio books best stuff ever!!
The story line was awesome kept me at the edge of my seat.
i love the main character Mr Creed he is astonishing. Quin and the Midget army General were the most interesting character.
