Publisher's summary

This ''Ghost'' May Not Walk Through Walls, but Walls had Better Not Get in His Way!

Former SEAL Michael Harmon, Team Name ''Ghost'', retired for service injuries, is not enjoying college life. But things are about to change, if not for the better. When he sees a kidnapping, a series of, at the time logical, decisions leave him shot to ribbons and battling a battalion of Syrian commandos with only the help of three naked co-eds who answer to the names ''Bambi,'' ''Thumper'' and ''Cotton Tail.'

'A fast-paced, highly-sexual, military-action thriller that ranges from a poison factory in the Mideast to the Florida Keys to Siberia, the novel will keep you guessing what twisted fate will bring next for the man once known as . . . Ghost. Keep an eye on him or . . . poof, he'll be gone.'

Bought due to online review "Oh No, John Ringo!"

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It would depended on the friend. Fighting, action, and details regarding gear are not something all of my friends would appreciate. I would recommend the series, and this book is the first, but the style of the books change as the main character undergoes experiences. He goes from a man alone to a man with a lot of hostages to fortune. It changes him. Some.

Would you be willing to try another book from John Ringo? Why or why not?

I have bought other books by Ringo. Most of the others have been Sci-Fi. I have also purchased the Princess and Queen of wands.

Have you listened to any of Jeremy Arthur’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I've only listened to him reading John Ringo's voice, but I would like to hear him read other things.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Its not really that kind of book, but the 'rescue' was a moment of sorts.

Any additional comments?

There are some scenes that might make some folks squeamish, but the activities are described with minimal detail and can be easily skipped over for the action parts.

Great Start and then turns into Soft Porn!?

What did you like best about Ghost? What did you like least?

As the story develops I liked the main character and like other books I love the hero.

The hero becomes more and more unlikeable

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Take out the RAPE scene

Any additional comments?

If there was a 3rd book I'd pass on reading it

Great book

I've listen to this series a few times. I enjoy it every time. John Ringo has a great writing style. Does has strong language but it doesn't bother me, it fits the characters so it's not just filler like a lot of books.

Wow. And the narrator, super wow

Ok. Light porn. But with an amazing story. Ok. Light bondage, but well written into a great story. Ok so some people might complain about the use of sex, but real life is that way, bad things can happen. The narrator is so amazing. He really brings all of it into perfection. The voices, the way he brings the emotions to life! Well there is no way to say it but to purchase the book and enjoy. Don’t let the tofu eaters change your mind.

Not my kind of story

I couldn't identify with the main character at all. Even so, I enjoyed the 1st half of the book.

What about Jeremy Arthur’s performance did you like?

Good voice that seemed to fit well with the characters, except for most the girls.

Great heroic action character and story

Would you consider the audio edition of Ghost to be better than the print version?

Audio comes to life because of the great performance by Jeremy Arthur. He brings Ringo's characters to life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Ghost?

The hero's sexual proclivities.

What about Jeremy Arthur’s performance did you like?

He has a great range of voices for the characters.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The way the hero deals with the bad guys. You hope we have those type of people doing ot the bad guys what Ringo has his character doing.

Any additional comments?

A very fun and entertaining series. I couldn't stop listening until I finished the whole series. It went by to fast!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Very emotional subjects.

Any additional comments?
