Don't miss the other titles in the Kinsey Millhone Alphabet Mystery Series.

"Wit is the most versatile weapon in Sue Grafton's well-stocked arsenal, and she uses it with disarming precision....Grafton excels in this milieu." (Newsweek)
"The story is complex; the body-count high; the sexual encounters feverish; and the villains chilling, in another can't-put-it-down outing for this talented author." (Kirkus Reviews)
Typical great Sue Grafton story, but the sound editing was terrible. There are long sound gaps between sentences that break the flow of the story. It's very noticable and very irritating. If you're not totally committed to listening, you find your mind wondering during the gaps. Love the story, hate the gaps!

Sue Grafton is a hit every time. I am going to miss this dependably entertaining series once it’s over!!
Once I read “H” I’ll be all caught up and in for a long long wait until “X” comes out in (presumably) 2015.
Some alphabet novels are better than others and this is one that is pretty good, but not as "thrilling" as some of her others, but a good read nonetheless.
If you enjoy detective writers you will enjoy Sue Grafton's books. They are 'light reading'. The detective stories are tight and not much blood is spilled. This has a bit more sex than most, but it is not graphic and certainly in no way kinky. The travails of a young female high school redel turned private investigator.
Still enjoy every minute! Already read most of this series and just as good second time around!
Great story again with Kinsey at the helm - love the narration and the characters - feel like good friends I get to fondly visit every few months. Look forward to my next visit with Kinsey & co
I love witty, fast-paced books that keep you turning the page.
I've been listening to this series from the beginning and felt this was the best so far. While in the early books, I was able to guess 'who dunnit' relatively early in the book, this one had great twists and turns, keeping me pulled in until the end.
First, let me say that there are no long gaps in the narration of this book -- so I'm not sure what a previous reviewer was talking about. Second, this is the first book of this author that I have listened to and I have to say I'm very reluctant to listen to any others. I have 3 hours left and to tell you the truth it's so long-winded that I don't even CARE who done it! Just get on with it for goodness sake! Too much yaking. I like the character and the narrator is really good, but the story line just meanders too much for my taste.
"A MUDER BYOND COMPARE"
Yet another brilliant audiobook by Sue Grafton. Read by Judy Kaye, each book follows her story of Kinsey, a Private Eye whose own life runs through from A to V . Every book a refreashing new start, to a nail biteing end.
