Disappointing
This book was not only short but the narrator had changed from the first 3 books and it wasn't even close to what the voice sounded like previously. Names were pronounced differently. And it was only 3 chapters long? (In comparison to the other books which were 8-10 hours long?) Story line was blah.

Could have been good
I am a huge Janet Evanovich fan, and love to read the books, so I thought I would try an audible version. What could have been another fun escape was ruined by the narrator of this book. She talked so fast (which I do acknowledge is a Jersey trait) I couldn't understand portions of the book, and in other parts she read without any expression portions that could have been lively. It sounded as if the book was probably as good as the others in the Stephanie Plum series, but I would read the actual text rather than subject myself to this terrible narration. 2 stars for the story, but at least 3 off for the presentation.
