If you do not like sex scence stay away!!!

I honestly liked this story. The story was loaded with action from the very beginning, i have to be honest and say that it didn't keep my attention initially. As the story went on though i found myself intrigued by both of the main characters, and soon found myself riveted to my seat waiting to see what would happen next. I loved the banter between all the characters. It felt natural which for me is really important.

Now with that said lets talk about the sex. There have been soooo many people bellyaching about all the sex scenes in the book. But if you'd taken the time to read the first 3 books in the series, then you'd realize that loads of sex is standard fair in her books. I enjoyed them. I thought they were hot and intense. Exactly what I'm looking for in a romance novel. Keep it coming.

These two are really good together and earn a well deserved second chance. Their fast paced romance is sprinkled with obsession and tenderness.

Unexpected Book

I really wasn't expecting a book about Jack, but what a nice surprise and now I can't wait to see the one about Ken. Love this series. So bitter sweet and exciting.

Christine Feehan has long been a favorite author. This book is one of my absolute favorites! Not only is the story engrossing, the romance sizzling, and the drama action-packed, but the narration is spot-on! I can't find anything about this book that I would change!

The story begins in a jungle, where Jack Norton has just escaped a rebel camp where he has been horribly tortured. Briony Jenkins stumbles upon Jack, who first suspects her of some complicity with the evil Dr. Whitney. Jack recognizes her physical and psychic enhancements since Jack was enhanced by the same Dr. Whitney. Once Jack understands that Briony is actually the sister of a fellow soldier, he tries to get her out of the jungle, which is full of rebels looking for their escaped prisoner. However, Jack is so terribly injured that Briony must help him hide and escape if Jack is to survive.

That is just the dramatic beginning of their story. Christine Feehan doesn't write simple romances. She writes exciting adventures with strong romantic story lines. Jack and Briony are characters that will fascinate you. Their shared psychic abilities and twisted experiences with Dr. Whitney become believable as you root for them to overcome the odds against them and find their HEA.

Although I read this book before I ever purchased the audible version, I highly recommend this audible narration. I love Tom Stechschulte, and he brings so much to the story. I would also recommend you follow this story with Deadly Game, which tells the story of Jack Norton's troubled brother, Ken. These two brothers are two of the most intriguing of Feehans heroes.

Loved this installment in the Ghost Walkers Series

I really enjoyed listening to this one. I loved Jack & Briony's story. I liked how the two of them played off each other. He may of been dominate but she didn't let that control or stop her. Some of the secondary characters were deplorable and I wanted to see their demise. The chemistry between the two of them was believable. I would love to find out more answers...do they find her twin sister? How is life for them when the twins are born? And so much more. I love this author and enjoy listening to the narrator. They make a great team. I hope to listen or read more books in this series.

Jack Norton is hot.

I absolutely love the Ghost Walkers! Jack Norton is one of the baddest of the bad. But a sweet youmg woman whose pretty tough herself laid him out cold. Can't wait to see who gets paired to his twin brother. Bet you $1 it's Birony's twin sister. May as well put a twin with a twin.

Awesome

Again, this narrator is phenomenal.
I really liked the banter between the two brothers Jack and Ken. Bryony is a very strong willed female. I will be listening to as much of this series as I can!

I absolutely loved the relationship between Jack and Ken, the brotherly banter was warm and funny!
