In this all-new short story from #1 New York Times bestselling author David Baldacci, worlds collide when government assassin Will Robie is caught in the crossfire with Oliver Stone and the Camel Club.
Will Robie is closing in on his next target when he finds himself in the middle of a bank heist - and he's taken hostage alongside Oliver Stone. But is this just a simple bank job, or are the robbers after something even more valuable - and dangerous - than the cash in the vault?

It was great to once again listen to the adventures of Oliver Stone and the Camel Club. This is a nice little story. It reminded me of what attracted me to Baldacci's writing in the first place. Baldacci should write more novels for the Camel club series and improve the characters in his latest series. In the Camel club novels we know a bit about the history of all the characters even Oliver, but in the King Maxwell and Robie Real we pretty much just known the dysfunctional background of the female characters which plays into their emotional swings. In this short story Baldacci proves he can still write good characters and plots.
What's not to like when you combine two great series. I sure miss the Camel Club. I'd love to see another book in that series.
My favorite genre is mystery/thriller especially espionage. I dislike the paranormal. Some non-fiction. 1000+ books in my Audible library.
Bullseye is a superb short story! Two of the characters from different David Baldacci series, Camel Club and Will Robie, meet by accident in a bank as it is apparently being robbed. The bad guys are intent on much more than robbing the bank. Oliver Stone and his Camel Club members along with Will Robie save the day.
Ron McLarty does the narration and again distinguished himself as one of the best in the business.
Artist. USAF veteran. I enjoy audio books so much I rarely watch television anymore!
Love the interaction between Robie and Stone. It would be interesting to see how Mr. Baldacci would have the camel club characters and (sometime) partners Robie and Reel cleanup corrupt Washington DC. And PLEASE bring back Mary Chapman from MI 6 (introduced in book 5 Hell's Corner)!
Say something about yourself!
I enjoyed this short mix of The Camel Club and Will Robie. I hope there will be more of the two intertwined. I am looking forward to more and hope the wait won't be too long.
Great to get two outstanding characters merged into one novel.
Outstanding! One of my favorite narrators.
Would love full novels that cross mingle Baldacci other characters. Like how Michael Connelly does...

Normally, I do not like short stories. There are a couple of exceptions, such as short stories by Stephen King. I love the Camel Club series and the Will Robie series, so I thought I would try this combo. It is really great. What appears to be a simple bank robbery turns out to be something completely different. The way that the two characters combine to thwart the attempt is masterful. I heartily recommend to everyone who enjoys either of these series or to anyone looking for a quick listen. I would love to see a full length with these two characters and would like to see Jessica Reel added.
I liked that I was already familiar with the characters but just a little too short for my liking.
Yes, I have read several of his books and enjoy them thoroughly
