Where does Better Read Than Dead rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is up there with the Stephanie Plum books! Very fun listens.

Have you listened to any of Elizabeth Michaels’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She is better in this book than the first. Some of her voices are the same for the characters which makes it a little difficult to understand who is talking. This does not mean she isn't great though.... because she is! :)

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I obviously didn't have 11 hours all at once to do so though. I wish....

Mis-lead to being Dead

Another fabulous tale by Victoria Laurie.So far,I am loving this scintillating series of murder and mystery.Once again,Abby can never say her life is dull as a matter of fact she could use a nice long vacation.This poor woman goes through so much pain,emotional and physical.So many senses are involved,poor lady doesn't know if she's coming or going.Too much for one person so young especially to go through in a life time.So excited to find out what happens in the following books.

I enjoyed the first book very much. Particularly enjoyed the further fleshing of the Milo character. Can't wait to listen to the rest of the books.

the book was ok. i dont know what im missing but if i coukdve found a book i loved better i wouldve saved this and bought that

Great characters awful narrator!

This lady can spin a good tale. Otherwise I wouldn't even consider getting another book from her. Because the narrator is simply reading. But to all that reading my review. The story is well worth it. I just hope that the author finds herself a better narrator. Otherwise our imagination isable to build the characters.

The writing was, well, mediocre, consisting of too many overused similes, clichés, and irrelevant descriptions of the mundane. Despite the protagonist's gift of second sight, the plot was predictable.

This book is wonderful... As usual the storyline is brilliant..... I can't wait for my next free credit and I'll download the next book in this series
