Audiobook Obsession Reviewer

Jana is from Texas and on a trip of a lifetime in space after being kidnapped for alien repopulation since they have no more women. But with all the twists and turns will she and the commander find love even when its forbidden? Will there be a HEA?

Loved this space romance!

I loved this book. I absolutely can not believe it was published in 1992. I listened to the audiobook and the narration was fantastic! I love these type of books...Where the women gets abducted from Earth and falls for her savior.

Solid 4.5 stars. The only reason I took off a half a star is because some of the dialogue was cheesy but now knowing it was written so long ago.. it kind of makes sense.

I am very much looking forward to the next book. Sad it isn't in audio format yet but hopefully it will be!

Captivating

This was definitely different and it had its slow points but overall I really enjoyed this. Jana’s life definitely takes a different road than she planned it to. I can’t wait for more of this series. I also really enjoyed the narration. AudiobookObsession

This was really good!

Janelle Taylor has doe such a great job of describing the galaxy from the ship and the other planets in this book! It made it easy to envision where they were! This was a good story, the characters were easily readable and like able. I rooted for Janna the entire book! It was easy to do!

Andrea Emmes was fantastic with these characters!!!

"Intriguing"

This was uniquely different, a little drug out in places but overall I enjoyed it. From Alien abduction, lies, spies, betrayal, secret alliances, lust, and much more, this book had plenty to keep ones attention. I didn't think Jana's life traveled down the road she had intended it to. There's plenty of content to lay the groundwork for at least 1 or 2 more sequels.

Captivating Story!

I asked to receive this free review audible book and wrote this unbiased review. Both the author and the narrator are new to me, and I wasn't disappointed. This story has a little bit of everything including alien abductions, betrayal, vengeance, a list of villains, a killer meteor, sex slaves, loyal warriors, and a passionate love story. Jana finds her life taking a path that she never dreamed of because of Varian. As their love develops, they will be faced with deceit and lies that will continually test their relationship. Only true love will be able to save them. I thought that the narrator did an excellent job of portraying the personalities and emotions of these characters. She enhanced the author's story and brought the characters to life. I loved her accents. I highly recommend this Audible book.

Fun fantasy book

I'm not a big fan of fantasy books but I enjoyed this one. I requested this one because I have read a couple Janelle Taylor books in the past and enjoyed them. This is a love story with some interesting characters, It kept my interest more than I expected. I liked the characters and expect book 2 will be just as good, based on the characters who were mentioned in this one. I'm looking forward to listening to the next book in this series. I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator.

What a good take on aliens and outer space. I feel like part 1 dragged out a little and had a big information dump on different characters. Overall it was a good story and cannot wait for book 2!
Loved the narration by Andrea Emmes. She does very well with going back and forth between characters and accents.
