Publisher's summary

What happens when you impersonate your deceased identical twin to score a date with your long-lost high school crush?

When wedding planner Kelsey makes a late-night ice-cream run, the last thing she expects to leave the grocery store with is a date. But when Bryce, her long-lost high school crush, mistakes her for her deceased identical twin, Kelsey’s attempts to clear up the misconception fail. Instead, Kelsey agrees to the date under false pretenses. What can it hurt to live out her teen fantasies?

After a lifetime of hiding behind his insecurities, Bryce is finally ready to take risks. He’s got a fantastic new job as the marketing director of an events center, and now, he’s got a date with the girl he liked in high school. At least, that’s who Bryce thinks he’s out with...until Kelsey tells him the truth, and their date ends in disaster.

When one of Kelsey’s brides chooses Bryce’s event center for her wedding, they’re forced to work together. Kelsey can’t help falling for Bryce, but fears he’s using her as a replacement, especially when their first kiss has unexpected consequences.

Can Bryce convince Kelsey she’s not her sister’s stand-in before it’s too late?

This is a full-length, sweet and clean, contemporary romantic comedy that will delight listeners who love Hallmark movies. Each book in this series by USA Today best-selling author Lindzee Armstrong can be listened to as a stand-alone.

Please note: This story was previously published as First Love, Second Choice. It has been revised to connect to the No Match for Love series and expanded so that it is now more than double the length of the original, with four never-before-seen chapters in Bryce's point of view!

Misconceptions

Mistakenly Matched by Lindzee Armstrong is a fun and flirty listen full of misconceptions and mistaken identity. I love how the author writes vibrant imagery, false pretense, and lots of laughs. Kelsey and Bryce finally reconnect years after high school. I love the "Hallmark" feel of the No Match for Love books by this author. Tiffany Williams is perfect narrating this book. She brings the characters to life and adds the right emotions and reactions to her voice.

this was not my favorite in the series, but it was still cute and an enjoyable listen. I like that it's been the same narrator throughout the series

Fun yet touching romance

I’m a fan of the entire No Match for Love Series. This book is about Kelsey, who pretends to be someone she’s not when she’s mistaken for her deceased twin, and Bryce, who knew both twins from school. This is a cute, fun romance that’s also emotional and touching. Mistakenly Matched is a stand-alone, but I’d recommend the entire series. As usual, Tiffany Williams does a great job with the narration.

mistaken identity makes for a HEA

I loved this listen. What a sweet romance with just the right hint of humor and turmoil. Great characters that the author and narrator do a great job of making you feel like your a part of them and are able to glimpse their inner turmoil which makes you love them all the more for their human frailty. Both Kelsey and Bryce struggle with insecurity but their a perfect match from the very beginning. This is the first listen by this author and I hope for more - this book has me hooked!

Twins Twist

A sweet, contemporary romance. Second chance love. Nicely narrated. I was familiar with the story having read the book, but this was much more. Although part of a series, it definitely stands on its own. A fun and pleasant series.

Bryce & Kelsey

The No Match for Love series is on my favorites list. It's fun and quirky and the couples are so easy to relate to. In this one, Kelsey gets the opportunity to date her high school crush, Bryce when he mistakenly asks her out thinking she is her twin, Jayden. Well, maybe we can't relate to the twin part, but certainly the sibling who is the quiet one, overshadowed by her sister, always in the background. Kelsey is this girl, and now she is there, ready for the date, But what happens when Bryce finds out the truth? Will he get over Kelsey's deception? There is a lot in this short story. Dealing with the death of a sibling, and finding the confidence to trust in yourself is not easy. Kelsey has a lot to overcome. Bryce is a sweetheart, and I really took a liking to him. He knows what he wants, though even he can make mistakes. It's a story of loss, forgiveness, hope and love. A winner in my book, these two are a match!

Tiffany Williams shines in the series. I love her voice. She has a calming tone that makes me very comfortable when I listen. Her many voices are so easy to distinguish and she adds just the right amount of emotions in her performance to draw me in. Looking forward to more of her story telling.

Fun and flirty romance with great narration!

Mistakenly Matched is a rebranding of Lindzee Armstrong’s short story First Love Second Choice that was originally published in 2015. It is now bigger and better than the original and almost twice as long.

Mistakenly Matched is an enjoyable short story that basically answers the question of whether you'd ever date someone after they called you by someone else's name after kissing you. The story centers around Keslee who is still mourning the death of her twin sister a few years after she died. One night she meets Bryce, her high school crush, in the grocery store as she's in her jammies and on a middle of the night ice cream run. Bryce mistakes Keslee for her her dead sister Jadyn and asks her out on a date. After correcting him a few days later and after working together on a project, they finally have a real date with each other. As he walks her to the door and kisses her goodnight, he calls her Jadyn. Lots of misunderstandings and graveling ensues.

Tiffany Williams narrated this audiobook and she did a wonderful job, giving each character their own distinct voice. Tiffany's style is very natural making the story very conversational and totally believable. Her smooth rich undertones make listening a truly enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to listen to the next audiobook written by Lindzee and narrated by Tiffany!

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 A Heartfelt Delight!

This is a sweet and delightful romance, Lindzee Armstrong is a gifted author, she creates enjoyable stories that are captivating from start to end. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to. I adored the two leads in this book, Kelsey and Bryce, they knew each other in high school where he went for one year before moving away. Kelsey’s twin sister Jadyn had a pact if they both liked the same boy neither would date him and since they both liked Bryce nothing ever came of it, besides Kelsey though he liked Jadyn and not sure. They were identical twins but different in many other ways, Kelsey was the more reserved twin while Jadyn was more bubbly and outgoing. Years later Kelsey runs into Bryce, he mistakes her for Jadyn, she had her reasons but she doesn’t correct him right away. They agree to go out and she will come clean with him then. When she does he is taken aback and does not handle the news well. Kelsey thinks she will never see Bryce again but fate has different plans, her job as a wedding planner brings her to where he works, a new venue and event center. Lindzee Armstrong fit a lot of story into this book, it is beautifully plotted and there is never a dull moment with plenty of heartfelt moments, some drama, a touch of angst, some laughs and a wonderful romance. Thank you for another enjoyable and entertaining story!

Tiffany Williams is a talented narrator and voice artist. She does an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life giving each their voice and personality. You could hear how much heart she puts into her work as she captures the characters emotions and projects them into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

A second chance romance

Kelsey is a wedding planner and she has no time for much else. Of course when she least expect it, love finds her. Bryce's event center is where one of her brides want to get married. Kelsey had a big crush on Bryce in high school, and now she has been forced to work with him. Once again, Kelsey finds it hard to resist falling for Bryce. Bryce fell for Kelsey's twin sister. When Bryce mistakes Kelsey for her sister, he asks her on a date. When the truth comes out, the drama really begins. This was such a fun twist. I love this series. Each one is a fresh new romance that ties to the others through an agency. I cannot get enough of this series, I hope there are many more romances to come.

Tiffany WIlliams once again narrates this story as flawlessly as anything else she narrates. Tiffany has such a flexible voice that each character is easy to distinguish and follow. Her male voices are as smooth as her female voices. I always enjoy Tiffany's narration and look forward to her next performance.
