Great way to begin your mindfulness practice!

Another classic from Kabat

Like all his other works, I've listened to this several times through. Jon Kabat-Zinn is a wonderful gift to the world. I listen before bed because his message and voice are so soothing I can't help but let go of the days worries and accept the healing calm of sleep with an empty mind.

Alert! African leaders MUST read this!!

As an African woman on a journey of mindfulness, I am of the view that if we are to truly heal the wounds of our past, grow our economy and lead as Mandela once did - we need to practice selfcare. This book is an excellent beginning! Wherever you are in your life... this book and its teaching will be a source of strength for self, development of self and a demonstration of self care. I have come a fan of his work as a result of this title and the positive impact it has had on my life.

A great basic resource to have with JKZ himself narrating.

Can be used anytime (except while driving) and build a daily practice or revisited for help.

FABULOUS CONTENT, BOTH COMMENTARY & MEDITATIONS

This audio was excellent in commentary and meditations. The quality and rhythm of Jon Kabat Zinn was perfect and easy to listen to. I appreciated the scientific studies integrated with the mindfulness/spiritual aspects. Thank you for your time and efforts in making this audio. I will use it as a reference in my work with people as a health and wellness coach, yoga and meditation teacher, full spectrum light energy practitioner.

Perhaps his best work

Jon Kabat Zinn returns with another look at mindfulness. This outpouring contains all his best anecdotes, perspectives, and musings on meditation, gathered from his journey of however many years teaching and practicing. Along the way we're treated to several guided sessions that remind us that each breath, each moment is a new beginning.

Very helpful helping me learn how to relax.
