SO UPSET THAT THE NARRATOR RUINED THIS ONE FOR ME
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Keisha’s books but the narrator was very robotic which makes this one I won’t listen to again. I listen to DREAM and the First Wives Club every other month. I love those books so,my my expectations were not met on this one. Note to Authors: Bad narration can kill a great book...... I was very interested and invested in the story but as I went along no the Narration made me give up. DNF because I was not sexually or emotionally invested by hour 4. Great book.
Ok absolutely loved the book, narrator not so much. But I will say there were parts where she made me laugh while listening. Let’s just say singing is not her forte 😬🤦🏽♀️🤣

Pretty good book
I think the beginning was kind of slow but it picked up. It was definitely a lot of detail. And I am wondering of there will be a part 2?? Either way this was a pretty good book.

The fact that the character wasn’t made to sound like a model
I read this book years ago. Still a good story. The narrator ruined it. It was truthfully a hard read. Especially the singing. It was cringe worthy and took away from the feels of the moment for me.

Had me on my toesss
This book was good from the start. D.S. VanNiel narrated the hell out of this book even the male parts. Towards the end I was getting nervous believe it or not because everyyy book ends with a terrible outcome in situations like that one. This ending definitely had turned things around. Especially with the epilogue. Wellll done

Great story
Overall the book was good. I enjoyed the storyline, but the narrator was awful. I mean, I know Nicole Small can’t read every book on the app, but sheesh the narrator can make it break a book in most cases. Anyway, great job Keisha.
