Publisher's summary

Problem Child is a heart-wrenching story that will take you on an emotional roller-coaster ride that makes The Twilight Zone look like Disneyland.

Problem Child is the unbelievably true story of Terrell Carter, an American musician and actor who grew up in Buffalo, New York, in a dysfunctional family, each member crazier than the next. And the Problem Child is the only one in the story who may, or may not, actually have a problem. An emotional journey of trials and revelations, with a huge secret at its core, this story may force you to laugh - just to keep from crying.

“Terrell, we’re still feeling the goosebumps.” (Quincy Jones)

“My beautiful baby boy, even more beautiful on the inside, and he sings even better than that. Now Ms. Patti is giving him his wings to fly among the greats.” (Patti LaBelle)

Terrell Carter is walking in his purpose!

I cried, laughed, comiserated and identified with this powerful story. To God be the glory! Terrell Carter is a child that's got his own and God is blessing him to help others find their own and move on from the traumas of life.

Kept me interested throughout.

I loved that Terrell is able to tell his story as unfortunate as some of the situations he endured may be. I am glad that he found a way to forgive as unforgiving and ruthless as some have been to him. I pray his continued success and appreciate him sharing a glimpse of some of what molded him into who he is.

What Child Is This

Problem Child has shares a story that I believe needs to be seen on the big screen. My intuition says there’s more to his story that can be illustrated in the film which could shine the light on the journey of Terrell’s faith walk. My prayer would be, (if this reality were to be made into a movie) that his story will share a full circle revelation, reminiscent of one that is self realized, shinning & truly inspirational to many who are following this pathway.
Blessings

Sting!!!

I’ve followed this young man from the first time I heard him in Tyler Perry’s plays. I have been in awww. This book had me from the beginning. His voice is so smooth and the transition from character to character was very skillful. I could close my eyes and see his story come to life. I know I’m a few years late but great job.

Please listen to this book!

You will laugh, cry, get mad, and gasp while listening to this book. Mr. Carter's also does a good job narrating his own story.
