Very Entertaining

I enjoyed this book. It was not the typical story line of rejected mate which I found refreshing. I can’t wait for the second book

I have never loved the dynamic between two characters more than I do the Fortune sister and brother, Mave and Ben. Their scenes together are why I loved not only this book but the complete series. The actors did a great job reading each part and I could tell by their different accents who was who before the author even said so. I highly recommend getting involved in this series. If you love a strong female lead, a strong family dynamic, a sassy/hilarious lead duo, and a sexy and romantic love interest then look no further. I have listened to this more than once and I will give myself a break and listen to the entire series in about a month. It’s that good.

Yessssssss!

I was not expecting to enjoy this story as much as I did. Narration is a HUGE part of me being able to listen to a story and both narrators did awesome. Mave is a BADA$$ and oh my Blake 🔥🔥🔥 the spice was right up my alley and I couldn't stop listening, finished this book so quickly. Definitely worth the listen ☺️

good story

yeah, there is a lot of swearing, but not every sentence. remember that these are young adults and swearing is part of that age group. characters dont always swear when talking. good story line.

I could not put this story down! It’s the perfect mix of strong female lead, rejected mate/bully angst, romance with sexy scenes and interesting plot. Absolutely entertaining. Also, did not seem too YA- the characters are mature due to how this world was created. Narration was good as well. Hope this author puts out more work on Audible!!

Great strong female but juvenile 3.5 stars

I love a strong female lead and this book has that. However the story was a little weak and juvenile. Knox rejecting a bond within a minute and not asking a single question is pretty hard to believe. I don’t regret listening to this book, but won’t listen to anymore in this series.
