This Book is a Must Read!!

Excellent book, very well written. The Narrator had a unique and interesting voice that kept me listening! My key take away was the question "what would it take". I have my own small business. And I also have my degree in professional sales, and I have learned how to ask excellent questions to others, but in this book the coin is flipped. Absolutely loved it and enjoyed it! If you own a company or are considering it, definitely read this book.

Lackluster orator reading shallow material

Bill Leider provides an unexciting narration of a book, that to me, is mostly fluff. The author seems to make the impression that right goals and attitudes will lead to good outcomes. While I agree these are important, I believe that the author side-steps the root cause of issues in many of his examples and that there are better books that would provide more useful and practical guidance.
