Lovely story
Galdós is a master storyteller! I just finished listening to Fortunata y Jacinta — which I had read years ago as a student— and wanted to enjoy another story of his. I wasn’t disappointed but wished it were longer.

Se me rompe el corazon por Marianela
Lei este libro en el año 1985 y me emociono tanto en el 1985 como ahora en el 2021. Una historia tan bella como tan tragica. A mis 49 años todavia lloro por Nela.

De mis favoritas
Me hubiera encantado encontrar la novela completa, pero aún así esta sigue siendo de mis historias favoritas. No importa si es en resumen o completa o si es la décima ves que la escucho/leo siempre termino empapada de llanto.
