Exciting finale to the trilogy

Full of action, excitement, and answers to most of the questions about the Final Architecture universe.

The narrator's performance is once again excellent.

This series is one of the greats of space opera.

Excellent! I can't wait for the TV series 😁

Adrian, you knocked it out of the park with this one. Sophie, you are amazing! I hope you both team up for other space operas. I truly hope you get a network to pick this up and do a three season series. Maybe Sophie can play Ollie!

Wonderful end to the series

I loved this end to the trilogy! Didn’t slow down, and the focus on Ollie was wonderful.

Absolutely stunning

Adrian Tchaikovsky is on his way to being one of the greats alongside Asimov, Heinlein, and LeGuin. This series combines imagination-stretching concepts, vividly drawn characters, and swashbuckling action into a deeply satisfying trilogy of works that I eagerly devoured and then turned right around and started over.

Narrator Sophie Aldred rises admirably to the task of voicing the teeming menagerie of human and non-human characters, never stumbling nor seeming the least bit overwhelmed by the depth and complexity of this sprawling saga.

The best deep sci-fi going

I’m really enjoying all ongoing serial stuff audible has to offer from Dennis Taylor, Terry Mancour, Craig Alanson, et al., but sometimes you just really need to get back to the serious, heavy, DEEP stuff, and Tchiakovsky’s got that in spades. This particular trilogy has a bit more humor than his Children of Time novels do, but both are just outstanding, outstanding works. I’ve enjoyed these every bit as much as The Expanse series. His ability to weave very heady science themes into a compelling narrative, with character depth and complexity, dialogue, and diversity is truly unique. He is a master at sidestepping the tropes and really playing with your concepts that will keep you up at night thinking about. So, SO good! (Unless you really need to get to sleep.)

great ending to a wonderful story

What a great ending to the trials and tribulations of Idris and the crew. Each characters arc was poignant and befitting. Filled with unexpected twists and turns. I had my earbuds in listening to this story and was instantly transported to unspace. looking forward to listening to another title from this author.

Satisfying end to the story.

The only complain I have of this author's writing is how he underestimates the credit other characters might realistically give to the protagonists who are "in the know" like Idris. it's one of the main sources of tension in a couple of his series, but can start to feel a little old hat towards the end. that really is the only negative thing I have to say about this series though, I had a really great time listening to it!

Fantastic Final Book

One of the best final books of a series I’ve ever read. The wrapup was absolutely amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this series, and in particular this final book.
