The Loner

This is the first book in this series. You get to learn a lot about how Kid Morgan got started. I think this will be a good series. Kid Morgan goes after the gang that killed his wife. This book sets up the story of his life. If you like Frank Morgan I think you will like this. Frank is not in this though. I highly recommend trying this. It's a great storyline. There are several narrators in this book. They do a good job. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.

Enjoyed this.

This was refreshing after a slew of duds I'd listened to that were misleading with their titles and/or summaries. Tis delivered as promised.

The things you'll do for love

Great book. You made your uncle Wm W Johnston proud. plan to read the next in the series.
I always wonder what turned Sissified Conrad Browning into Kid Morgan. I was good final hear the reason. I felt sad as to why and worried about Conrad going on the revenge trail. Thank God for Phillip Bearpaw teaching him how to improve his skills (alli Preacher).
Understood about avoiding romantic interest with Abby and Teaha.

Good story but....

The narrator and the background music COMPLETELY ruined this book. It was annoying and distracting. There were also quite a few technical errors involving the firearms
