Do you know what the hardest thing for a Dutch learner is? Finding proper or listening material that they can handle, which is precisely the reason we’ve designed this audiobook! Teachers love giving out tough, expert-level literature to their students. Books that present many new problems to the reader and force them to search for words in a dictionary every five minutes. It’s not entertaining, useful, or motivating for the student, at all, and many soon give up on learning!

I enjoyed the pace and phonetic approach to learning a new language this audiobook utilized. Cannot say I am a Dutch master, but learned a lot

Quality Dutch intro
I have used every one of Innovative Language Learning’s German Language series (I’ve passed both Goethe C1 and TELC C1), and found them useful. Some of the books I have listened to over 50 times each over the past 2-3 years, since I play them over and over as I do household chores, shower, etc.
This Dutch audiobook was good, in that the speakers speak slowly (unlike many of Innovative Language Learning’s Spanish audiobooks), and it had standard intro material. It had a lot of cultural filler info that I could have done without, but I can accept that the first audiobook contains such info. Hopefully the next ones in the series move into dialogues, which I found very useful in their German series.
