Power Spanish Verbs is cutting-edge, fast and easy-to-learn five-hour audio program that teaches authentic Spanish verbs the way they' re really spoken in native context. A variety of teaching approaches are employed to encourage the learner to speak. A trained English speaking American instructor guides the listener through the program in English while a variety of trained and educated native Latin-American Spanish speakers teach beginning to high-intermediate Spanish verbs the way they are really spoken in the Spanish-speaking world today. Emphasis is given to original sentence creation, effective communication for the most common language situations, and integration of high-frequency Spanish verbs along with the appropriate vocabulary which is immediately useful in using the verbs like the natives do.

I learned more grammar from Power Spanish Verbs than I did from Pimsleur, Paul Noble, and Rosetta Stone.
I think Frobose likes grammar, but just hates the old high school way of teaching it.
He and his Spanish speakers sort of teach grammar like we all learned English as children. Naturally.
We learned to say “I am” without some dopey teacher telling us that we were learning the 1st person singular of the present indicative of the infinitive “to be”.
I wish some of these negative reviewers would “get real”.
For the first time in my life, I actually understand Spanish verb structure thanks to the unique non-traditional way in which they are taught by Mark Frobose and his native Spanish assistants on Power Spanish Verbs.
This program is not for the traditional conjugation based language student who wants ever more rules, rules, rules with any practical application.
Power Spanish Verbs is for people like me who want to use, use, use the real verbs in Spanish in actual daily conversation and do it correctly without having to memorize rules.
In other words, if you want to learn Spanish verbs naturally, much like you learned English verbs without grammar, then Power Spanish Verbs is definitely for you.
Excellent program that is so unique and useful that many non-intuitive types are likely to miss its value.
Those learners would do well to take a standard high school or community college class taught by any number of non-fluent Spanish language teachers. They're everywhere. A dime a dozen.
The unique verb teaching approach of Frobose on the other hand is one-of-a-kind and thus priceless in its value to the "application minded" language student/learner/aficionado.
Great price too.
I bought and am using this program in conjunction with Power Spanish I Accelerated.
I had a year of Spanish back in school and this approach is totally different, thank God.
They don't really formally teach verbs, although I did notice the instructor shooting back and forth between traditional and non-traditional approaches for different learning styles (which I think is good).
I'm not big on grammar. As a matter of fact, I hate English grammar with a passion.
What I am loving about Power Spanish Verbs 1 is how naturally you learn as you progress through the program. It's so smooth, you hardly notice you're learning so much until you meet up with a native Spanish speaker and realized that you can actually "use" what you're learning.
Unbelievably good program at any price, and for this price, it's a no-brainer to buy this one and use it right away if you're serious about learning Spanish.
This program is for your inner “non-grammar” geek. The grammar explanations in Power Spanish Verbs are subtle, clear, easy and intuitive.
Excellent and natural way to learn grammar, much like we learned to speak English correctly as children. Hardcore grammar geeks should look elsewhere for useless rules. This program is definitely for people who really want to speak Spanish correctly and actually use the language with correct grammar, without wasting their time on BS (pardon my French).
I love the way Mark explains the grammar and the Spanish speakers use the examples in their native language. I learn better this way than in high school when they just used the rules.
first of all, this is a total repeat of power spanish 1 and 2, which were good, but basic.l, so i feel ripped off. 2nd, it doesnt explain the rules/patterns for conjugating verbs in the different tenses and only uses a few common verbs as examples. all othersl verbs are used only in the infinitive! i didnt learn anything new about verbs that i didnt already know from his 1st two audiobooks. it has too much repetition, id rather have more substance and explanations. but since he hates grammar he doesnt bother to teach it
very difficult to hear pronunciations correctly. no logical sequence to the book.
waste of money.
"Helped me nail those pesky verbs Ser and Estar"
Mark the narrator. I sounds like he is enjoying what he is doing.
I loved this audiobook.
