Wonderful Supplemental Material!
Wonderful supplemental material for people who really want to learn German! I was looking for some really good practice material to help keep my mind on German during our spring hiatus, and this series is just the thing. Each audio magazine comes with a lot more material than is advertised on the cover. There are pieces on tourist spots in Germany, news from the German-speaking lands, and a short essay about an aspect of German culture , sometimes as experienced by a person new to Germany, sometimes as a feature about a lesser-known story from German History. In this issue, the German obsession with recycling and the Pan-European picnic are covered. Grammar and pronunciation points are covered in German. Also included is a pdf booklet that usually runs to about 28 pages of material. material is mostly geared towards advanced beginner (A2) to Intermediate (B) levels, though all levels should be able to get something out of it.
