The whispering though….
The story is ok……. But the constant whispering of the narrator is so annoying. A male sexy voice doesn’t equal whispering constantly. I’m struggling to get through this book since it’s in the series and I want to know what happens, but it is exhausting and annoying.

Decent story, narration needs improvement
I love dual perspective books, and while I prefer when there are two narrators, I don’t mind when there is only one. But in this case, there narrators voice as she portrayed Carlos was sooo hard to listen to. It was soft and raspy whisper like, but not in a good way. It felt like she was trying way to hard to be seductive in every sentence she read. I got through the book and the story was decent, but it would have been better listening if Carlos’ part was read better.
