Good but...
The story was a good kids story, my problem is with the narration. The narrator likes to destroy a heavy dialog scene with actually saying the words, "said John", "said Jane", over and over. I was kind of annoying. Luckily it only happened like twice in the book. My other issue is the random music drawing out the narration. That was seriously annoying. Over all the book and narration were good.

Bought by mistake...but enjoyable!
I didn’t realize this was a children’s book...and was anticipating a great read because Richard Thomas was narrating. The storyline and narration both exceeded expectations!
However, the 3-star rating was given because I am upset that this book is marketed to 8-12 year olds. Murder, illegal immigration, and witness intimidation are not, in my opinion, appropriate subject matter for that age group.

Good Enjoyable Book
The book may be for a younger audience, but it is written well for adults. It helps having a more mature teenager as the lead and I enjoyed the legalese explanations as well.

The Best!!!
Theodore Boone series are my favorite ........ I think it's more of a mysterious/detective series (my favorite) but I guess it all depends on you. But I recommend get at least 1or2 audible of Theodore Boone ;)

FOR “KIDS” OF ALL AGES
I am not a “kid” anymore but wanted something light. This was so much fun! The narrator was excellent. I recommend this to children and adults too.

Great Series ... Lots of Fun
This is a different Grisham. Still good courtroom action, but from the kid perspective. I have every Theo book, and enjoy them over and over again.
