When Sam, Jackie and Anna successfully campaign to save their children's school lollipop lady, they are asked by a TV reporter if they fancy standing in the general election. It is, of course, a crazy idea: Sam's youngest son has an incurable disease, Jackie is desperate for another child and her mum is struggling with Alzheimers, Anna's teenagers - and marriage - are in danger of going off the rails. But sometimes the craziest ideas turn out to be the best. And just think what they could do if they got to run the country...

Hate this book. Made it about ten chapters in. it's extremely political. I read these books for fun but this book isn't fun. If you are not an atheist, vegetarian, socialist, working 70 hours a week mother, you're a bad mum according to this book. Save your money.
I am a total audiobook addict! I travel quite a bit for work and listen to them while I drive. Always searching for a good author to follow
This was my 3rd Linda Green book and I did find it a bit disappointing. I got a bit bored and almost gave up on it. The last 2 hours of the book were really good and I am glad that I stuck with it.
