Fresh from his first adventure on Denduron, Bobby finds himself in the territory of Cloral, a vast world that is entirely covered by water. Cloral is nearing a disaster of huge proportions. Reading the journals Bobby sends home, his friends learn that the desperate citizens of the endangered floating cities are on the brink of war.
Can Bobby - suburban basketball star and all-around nice guy - help rid the area of marauders, and locate the legendary lost land of Faar, which may hold the key to Cloral's survival?

REALLY GOOD SERIES
To quote Bobby Pendragon, "I love that guy." That guy being Spader. I love his energy, I love his zest for life, and I love his flaws, because we all have them.
This second book in the Pendragon series sets the stage for events and technology found in just about every book that follows. The relationship between Bobby and Spader is key to the series, and the reason it is rocky is just as key. It is an action packed, fun underwater romp until Saint Dane manages to poison the planet's food suply, putting Cloral civilization in the ballance. All that stands between the forces of evil and the teritories salvation is Bobby, Spader, Uncle Press and the fabled city of Farr.
I think is says a great deal about Bobby that he adopted Spader's patented phrase,
It is that way it was meant to be.
Love audiobooks w/ a passion! Romance and fantasy tickles my fancy! Especially IR, AA, NA F/F romance &Urban fantasy, oh and YA contemporary
I loved this story. I read the book via ebook a few years ago but the audiobook recharged my love for the book again! 5 STARS!
Loor was the absolute best character , ever!
Witty and youthful.
Totally amazing story. Pendragon is out there with amazing storytelling and ya Bobby fear what could happen happen.
zombie tales disliked the movies till I read Married with zombies & zombie fallout now i'm in love with Micheal Talbot
The narrator made it impossible to enjoy he made the character seem awful not someone you woukd root for
Flip this zombie
Never ever and that's absolute
Dissapointment I read the 1st book I"ll read this one too
Yes never have this narrator read teenage boys characters again he is that bad
I think this is the same narrator for whom I previously wrote a review. The story was ok but would have been better had the narrator not sounded like a young kid that didn't know how to pronounce 'didn't'. Every contraction with a 'd' in it he made into two words and doubled the sound of the 'd'. Very annoying since there were so many contractions and it hurt my ears.
e.g. didn't he pronounced as 'diddent'; wouldn''t he pronounced as 'woulddent'; couldn't he pronounced as 'coulddent', etc. I expect better from narrators.
I will look for his name in the future and find other books to listen to rather than those he narrates.
