Publisher's summary

All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing the odds of victory are grim. Kronos's army is stronger than ever, and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan's power only grows.

While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mount Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it's up to Percy Jackson and an army of young demigods to stop the Lord of Time.

In this momentous final book in the New York Times best-selling Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, the long-awaited prophecy surrounding Percy's 16th birthday unfolds. And as the battle for Western civilization rages on the streets of Manhattan, Percy faces a terrifying suspicion that he may be fighting against his own fate.

Great book. narrator lacking

I love these books and this one is no exception. however this narrator really takes away from the story for me. his inflection ideas wrong many times, in waitress that almost seem to change what is happening I the story. some of his voices are incredibly distracting. his thick "Asian" accent for a character named Ethan is ridiculous. yes Ethan has an Asian last name but there's every reason in the story to believe he is second generation Asian. the accent would be ridiculous regardless, but it doesn't fit. and why does he whisper for Persephone? is she hoarse for some reason? I guess I missed that in the book.

The Prophecy

Days left till the final battle. Demigods prepare to fight the impossible war that is coming and the Gods are busy fighting another threat. How do you win a war with the Titans when the Gods are not there.

a exciting end to the series. with twists no one would expect. Just a few more hours till you get to the end make sure you have time to listen to this because its going to be painful if you have to stop lots while you listen.

The book was Great, but god someone fire Jesse lmao

This man was a perfect Percy, but butchered everything else he spoke. Only got through the entire series due to my love of the books and having no time to sit down and open the book itself. Hoping The Heroes of Olympus narrators are a bit better!

narrator isn't my favorite

does weird voices for characters. especially for female charaters. should've been narrated by multiple people for the characters. it just sounded weird

Awesome book, but it’s for kids so if you are an adult, I don’t recommend it. But I love it! Rick makes Greek Mythology come to life in Percy Jackson. Definitely recommend this. My favorite one so far is the third one, The Titans Curse. It’s great and hooking. THIS IS A MUST READ! Peace from Manhattan! ( Jk I don’t live there! But I love it! :) )
